The Seismic Academy Conference provided a great platform for like minded people in the industry to come together and deliberate on some of the critical aspects of seismic with a vision to create a seismic resilient infrastructure. The session was attended by more than 100 professionals and experts of the industry, academia, policy makers as well as it saw significant student participation. The technical talks revolved around advanced construction practices, codal framework, case studies, and an engaging panel discussion. There was also a dedicated student competition which saw some of the bright minds share their research work. The diverse participation included the likes of BMTPC, NBCC, IIT-Delhi, IIT-Roorkee, CCEPL, AECOM, CPWD, DTU, School of Planning & Architecture, CDC Technical, Texel Consulting, etc. This facilitated great exchange of technical knowhow and experience sharing by one and all.
