Department of Earthquake Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Roorkee is organizing a short term training programme on “Earthquake Time-History Analysis of Bridges” on Dt. 23.03.2023 & Dt. 24.03.2023.

The Course Content includes –

  1. Introduction to Seismic Response of Bridges
  2. Selection & Scaling of Earthquake Time Histories
  3. Structural Modelling of Bridge Structure and Substructure
  4. Geotechnical Modelling of Bridge Foundations
  5. Hands on training on Selection, Scaling, and Spectral Matching of Ground Motions
  6. Case studies on Time History Analysis of Different Types of Bridges
